My Journey to Reflexology and Natural Healing
Welcome to Leanne Marie Reflexology, offering holistic therapies in Leighton Buzzard. I am passionate about helping you feel better, naturally.
My love for natural health, alternative medicine and holistic healing is a huge part of my life. I love to learn and understand how the body works and how it can heal itself naturally with the right support. I decided to take the next step and train as a reflexologist, where I now support people on their healing journeys.
Many of the practices I have trained in and partake in are woven through my reflexology treatments, such as Reiki, breathwork and other energy healing techniques.
I am a very spiritual person, and over the years, my practices have helped me understand myself better, grow, and work on my passion for helping others.

My approach
By holding a relaxed and completely non-judgemental space, you can feel able to let go and allow the healing to flow! Reflexology is a powerful therapy, and I see what it’s capable of every day in my practice.
I work holistically, which means I see you as a whole – your mind, body and soul; all of which may be impacting how you feel and your overall health.
There is no right or wrong way to feel with reflexology. Most will experience deep relaxation and calmness, some will feel sensations in their bodies, some will have energy/emotional releases – all is welcome. Everyone can benefit from reflexology, no matter how they experience it.
Tailored Reflexology
From one treatment to the next, things change, life changes, you change!
During your first treatment, we’ll go through a consultation where we can identify any areas you feel you need support. Working holistically means we’ll take into consideration all areas of your life, from physical ailments and medical conditions to stress levels and family life. We can also work with past traumas, spiritual alignment, energy balancing etc.
Sometimes it feels easier to open up to someone who isn’t part of your daily life; you’re welcome to share as much or as little as you like. We will check in at the start of each treatment to see how you’re feeling and work with what is needed that day.
How I work
My aim is to restore balance to your body, mind and soul, supporting your physical and emotional well-being.
I‘m here to understand what brought you to reflexology, from curiosity to any concerns you may have, we’ll focus on these areas during your treatment with gentle, targeted pressure points and techniques.
I often find during a treatment that we unveil and start to heal other areas too. While always reflecting on the principles of reflexology and my in-depth training, I like to work intuitively and energetically throughout your treatment.
Working energetically – what does that mean?
We are energy! Excited, stressed, relaxed – these are all different energetic states.
I have created a space where you’ll feel calm, relaxed and comfortable, helping you get to a place where your energy can flow. Using my own unique techniques, I can then help to balance the energies in your body.
Grounding, chakra balancing, waking up and moving stagnant energy, you’ll leave feeling calm and balanced with a more regulated nervous system.

Treatments & Fees
Reflexology - 1 hour appointment - £45
Reflexology involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet that correspond to different areas and systems of the body.
Your treatment will be tailored to you, based on insights from your initial consultation, how you’re feeling on the day of each session, and any imbalances I detect in your feet. I also work very intuitively, focusing on areas where I feel guided to release and balance built-up energy throughout the body, inducing a deep state of relaxation.
The mind, body, and soul are left feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
Reflexology with Aromatherapy - 1 hour appointment - £50
Add a touch of luxury to your reflexology treatment with aromatherapy.
Essential oils are full of healing, soothing and balancing properties which work beautifully with reflexology. A lower leg and foot massage using these oils is the perfect way to round off your treatment.
I only use the highest quality organic oils.
Hot stone reflexology - £50
Taking relaxation to the deepest level. Hot stones within your reflexology treatment helps to open up the reflex points for a deeper and more nourishing treatment. The stones have such a grounding feel and are so lovely to work with; their warmth is something special!
The hot stones will be incorporated in to your reflexology treatment, focusing in on any areas that need that extra bit of attention.
Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage - 1 hour appointment - £45
Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) is a specialized technique that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system through the feet. The lymphatic system is a vital part of the body’s immune system, responsible for clearing toxins, excess fluids, and waste from the tissues. When the lymphatic system becomes sluggish or blocked, it can lead to swelling (such as lymphedema), weakened immunity, and a build-up of toxins.
RLD works by applying gentle, rhythmic pressure to reflex points that correspond to the lymphatic system. This stimulates the flow of lymphatic fluid, helping to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and support the body's natural detoxification process. After an initial consultation we will discuss a treatment plan as regular treatments are often required to start.
